Crisis Nursery provides FREE 24-hour emergency care to children ages birth through six in Champaign County. Please note - we do not operate as a drop in facility.
Prior to using services, parents & guardians need to complete a Family Intake. To get started, please call us today at 217.337.2730. One of our dedicated staff members will walk you through the steps and answer any questions you might have.
Parents and guardians should plan for the Family Intake to take about 40 minutes. The intake can be scheduled in-person at the Nursery or can also be completed virtually over the phone.
You will need to provide the following information during the Family Intake:
For each child:
- Demographic information
- Up to date immunizations
You will also need:
- Parent or guardian photo ID
- Emergency contact information
